Fairly clean property with amiable and superbly friendly staff from the request of government.

The location was quiet and convenient for walking around a cyprus-wood castle. It was located in a residential area short walk to many restaurants, a central office near the station, two tube lines away, and sightseeing locations, the best base for me.

Wi-Fi was bad, made me a little nervous.

Excellent experience there. The hotel is little and nestled in a new building. Very kind and super friendly staff, easy check in. New-fashioned, impressive room with essentials. Central heating, TV, and a fridge — very useful. Excellent location adjacent to the Kyoto train station and the subway and convenience stores and the surrounding area.

Simple place, it was clean and had extremely friendly and tremendously helpful staff during check-out. Location: the hotel was not far from the highlights and the main metro line and bus stops and train station and bus service. And it's a 10-15 minute walking distance from Shomin, ate there once or twice🙂

Actually, Wi-Fi was horrible and our bed was small.

Central location, at a short distance from Mibudera Temple. Climate control, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a refrigerator in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed.

Accommodation was little and clean, rooms were well-equipped and brand-new. The location was central, unbeatable very close to the bus stop of Shijo Omiya.

The hotel was modern and good standard, it had superfriendly staff from the request of government. It was a magnificent and absolutely perfect location for us, not far from subway stops and bus stops and a lively area. Furthermore, near 2 subway stations. Everything was simply brand-new.

The room was well-equipped and brand-new with a private bathroom.

First of all, the value for money was excellent. The prices were very affordable, especially considering the attention to detail and the level of service provided. The location of the hotel was also fantastic. It was conveniently located near public transport, making it very easy to get around the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities in the room were well thought out to maximize comfort in a limited space. I had a comfortable stay and would definitely recommend it.

Although everything was generally okay, there was one minor issue. The room was small, which was to be expected in this type of hotel.

It was a lovely quiet and pretty standard hotel in a residential area, close to the highlights of Kyoto and Close to jr bus. The food was great, with a huge variety of options.

The hotel was located very close to the subway station and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The room was cozy and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The staff provided great service and were always ready to assist with any queries. The hotel also had a range of recreational facilities, such as a fitness center and a spa, which were very useful.

The breakfast provided was quite sparse and lacked variety, which was a bit disappointing.
